Shipping Policy

 

All orders are processed within 2 – 4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Estimated delivery time is 2 – 8 working days.

 

On rare occasions delivery time can be affected by service problems that are outside of our control, such as industrial action or strikes. In this eventuality we will do everything within our power to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner.

At the time of writing we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or Access Points. Due to the nature of the goods provided, a full business or residential address is required.

 

In the rare event that goods are lost in transit we will open an investigation with our carrier. Only once this investigation has been completed will we be able to issue a refund or redeliver a new item. Please note that investigations can take up to 21 working days.                                 

In the event that something should go wrong with your order our valued staff work hard to provide the best possible service to all customers and deserve to be treated with respect at all times. Abuse, bullying or any threats of violence will not be tolerated.

 

Shipping Areas

 

Our web store exclusively serves individual customers within the EU (European Union) and the United Kingdom.

Shipping Fees

 

For deliveries to countries within the EU (excluding Poland):

-        A shipping fee will be applied to all orders below €69.00

This will be between €5.00 and €16.50 depending on the final destination
The shipping charge will be calculated and clearly displayed at the checkout

-        All orders above €69.01 will be delivered free of charge

-        An express delivery service (48 hours) will be available for some destinations

The option to select this service and the associated fee will be calculated and clearly displayed at the checkout

 

For deliveries to Poland:

-        A shipping fee of 70.00 Zloty will be applied to all orders below 300.00 Zloty

-        All orders above 300.01 Zloty will be delivered free of charge

-        No express delivery service (48 hours) will be available for destinations within Poland

 

For deliveries to the United Kingdom:

-        A shipping fee of £40.00 will be applied to all orders below £450.00

-        All orders above £450.01 will be delivered free of charge

-        No express delivery service (48 hours) will be available for destinations within the United Kingdom

 

Import Duties & Taxes

 

All import duties and taxes (including VAT) are settled before a shipment reaches your destination country.

No additional costs other than those clearly displayed in the checkout will be charged.

 

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

 

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if your item is unopened, unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

If you order an item by mistake, we would politely ask that take delivery of the item and return it within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately once an order has been confirmed we are unable to recall the shipment, nor are we are able to swap the item ordered for another item.

 

Please note that refunds will only be processed once returned goods are received at our warehouse. Thereafter it can take up to 21 working days for a refund to be received, depending on your card issuer.

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photograph of the item in question, clearly showing the damage. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will always try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
